High School Beyond the Page Book Club: Dorian Gray

These small-group classes emphasize reading comprehension, analytical writing, and vocabulary expansion through a study of Oscar Wilde’s The Picture of Dorian Gray. Lessons include guided discussions, annotation techniques, and enrichment activities to help students build strong literary analysis skills. Each session follows a structured format with an opening activity, reading review, Q&A, a brief lecture, an interactive analytical exercise, and writing assignments.
